Overview

Ms. Gardiner is an attorney admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas with over ten years of legal experience. A graduate of Queen’s College, she began her legal career in 2014 at the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs as a Data Entry Clerk, where she gained early exposure to civil litigation and international matters. She later earned an Associate of Arts degree in Law and Criminal Justice from the University of The Bahamas.

In 2018, she joined the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, serving first as a Criminal Case Management Officer and later as a Legal Trainee. She assisted with Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters and was responsible for compiling statistical reports for key national and international stakeholders, including the Bahamas Judiciary, the Financial Action Task Force, and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Ms. Gardiner earned her LL.B. from the University of The Bahamas in 2023 and completed her Legal Education Certificate at Eugene Dupuch Law School, where she received the Wayne Munroe Award for Best Performing Student in Criminal Practice and Procedure and achieved the highest overall score among her school’s participants in the Margaret Forte Advocacy Competition. She was called to the Bar in October 2025.

Although her foundation is in criminal law, she has experience in civil litigation, family law, conveyancing, wills and estates, and labor and employment law. She is currently completing her pupillage at Gibson and Associates, focusing on conveyancing, real estate, family law, and estate planning.



Outside of her profession, she is active in her church, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and engaged in community outreach. She also enjoys singing, traveling, spending time with family, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
